Pastor Jeff & Cezanne Philips lead this group of college age young adults, from ages 18-30. They have a heart to see each person grow into a deeper, more personal relationship with God. Through the intimate worship, dynamic teachings, and strong relationships, they help strengthen and prepare young adults for their careers, family and ministry.

Besides the Tuesday night services, there are numerous activities during the week. These include ice skating, roller blading, volleyball, soccer, and many others.

The emphasis for this year is to become more active on the campus of the University of Central Florida, soon to be the largest in the state. There is a yearly missions trip planned as well. All the outreach activities center around two purposes. To reach the lost with the message of Jesus and to develop personal friendships within Quest.
